The ZSPA2080-4038SF is a high-gain, broadband power amplifier designed to boost RF signals across S- and C-bands with outstanding output capability. Operating from 2 to 8 GHz, this amplifier is ideal for use as a transmitter driver stage, high-power output stage, or in general-purpose test setups. Its combination of 40 dB gain, +38 dBm output power (P-1dB), and flat response allows system designers to achieve high dynamic range with a single, integrated solution.
